So my original PC was overheating. The solution? Build a massively overcomplicated watercooling loop. Instead of using a case, I decided to use a desk. And it looks beautiful.
Note: The PC used to be called "Ran Yakumo". It is now called "Hartsdale" so that I can name every future modification of this after a station on Metro-North's Harlem Line.
